Orders

ORDERING & PAYMENT: Stamp of Excellence, inc., sales rubber art stamps retail, wholesale, mounted and unmounted. Stamps can be ordered by printing our order form, mailing, faxing, or by phone. Payment is expected at the time of order and can be made by personal check or money order, Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover.

UNMOUNTED: Unmounted stamps, UN* on order form, are half the price of mounted stamps. What you will receive when ordering unmounted stamps is an untrimmed red rubber die. We have double sided sticky mounting foam, the same excellent product we use for mounting our own stamps, available for $1.50 per sheet 4x6 inches.

RECEIVING ORDERS: Each order is carefully hand manufactured and processed as it arrives, in the order it arrives. The staff at Stamp of Excellence, inc. works hard to see that orders are sent out within two to five working days from the date received. Depending on the volume of business and season, an order could possibly take a few days longer to be processed.

BONUS OFFER & GIFTS: Each order is hand wrapped in colorful tissue for fun and a little extra "surprise" gift is enclosed with every order of $15.00 or more. We also have a Bonus Offer of 10% in additional free stamp designs for any order of $100.00 or more, not including shipping and handling. (This is not a discount, do not subtract 10% from your order.) Please specify free stamps on order from. Your free stamps require no additional postage.

BACK ORDERS: Temporary back orders will be sent to you as soon as the inventory arrives in stock unless other wise noted on your returned order form.

SHIPPING: Most retail orders are shipped by U.S. Mail. International orders need to notify us if you choose parcel post or air mail. All international orders will need to provide a charge card which will be debited for the exact amount of your order plus additional postage due.

INSUFICIENT CHECKS: Returned checks are subject to a $20.00 return check charge and a 20% handling fee plus any collection and or court cost incurred in collection of payment due.

PRICES: Prices are effective August 1, 1998, and subject to change without notice. Stamp of Excellence, inc., reserves the right to invoice all items at prices current at the date of shipment.
